SUPERACE products are all with care label, and the following washing instruction for your easy reference.

Fast-dry, Wicking, Thermal and Fleece:

1. Recommend hand wash instead of machine. Machine wash in cold water lower than 30℃(86°F) in temperature. Separate light and dark color gears. Do not dry clean.

2. Products with printed or thermal transfer trims, recommend hand wash. While using machine wash, make sure to button the garment and zip up, stick the Velcro, turn the garment inside out, put inside laundry bag and wash independently.

3. Fast-dry material: the structure of the fabric is delicate and easy to get snagged. Slightly pilling conditions caused by snagging are normal.

4. Fleece is cut pile fabric. Conditions of linting are normal condition. The amount of fallen pile will decline after several times of washing.

5. Fleece gears in dark color are not suggested to wear together with other light color pieces.

6. Recommend applying neutral detergent or sport laundry detergents. Use laundry bag when machine wash. Select standard mode to dehydrate for 1-3 minutes. Do not use woolite fabric wash、softener、bleach、condense laundry detergent…etc.

7. Place your garment flat till it gets dry after dehydration. Do not hang it. Avoid directly expose to sunlight. No heating or ironing. Keep it away from chemical materials such as desiccants and mothballs.

8. Please wash immediately after use. In case of the alkaline substance in the sweat erode and damage fiber and bonded raw materials, which will shorten the service life of the product.

Water Repellent、Water-resistant、Wind-resistant:

1. If the surface of the product is not dirty, or the stain is not deep, it is recommended to wipe it with a damp cloth. If it is not dirty but has odor, it is recommended to reverse it to the opposite side and dry it in a cool place. Do not expose it to sunlight.

4. Do not use the dehydration. It is recommended to wring the water by hand, then flat tiling or hanging. Dry it in a cool place. No heating or ironing.

7-Day Period

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, you are free to return/exchange within 7 days after receiving your package.
One-time return/exchange is limited with no second chance. Assure your preferred items, size and color before apply.

 

How to Apply?

1.  SUPERACE website → MEMBER → ORDER → RETURN → fill in the reason WHY? your return (fill in the “noted” part if exchange is requested) to help us get better → send!

2.  Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging (complete packaging with hang tags well-kept).

3.  Pack your items in a suitable bag or box and send to the following place.

Rejected Application

1.  Hang tags falling apart
2.  Washed
3.  In unclean conditions (stained, broken, smell, dusted, etc.)
4.  Later than 7 days of the return/exchange period.
5.  Underclothes are not included in accepted return/exchange items (such as underwear and compression tights) for hygiene reason.
6.  Forget to apply on our website (oops!)

 

Processing Duration

3-5 days (weekends not included) are needed for processing. After the assurance of the items’ completion, your payment will be refund right after.

 

Delivery Fee

Deliver fee of returning items will be afforded be consumers.
Deliver fee of exchanged new products sent to consumers will be afforded by us.
Policies above go with consumers abroad as well. Customs duties caused in delivering will be beard by consumers.

90-Day Warranty Period

You have 90 days of warranty period from date of purchase.

Within the warranty period, we offer free repairmen of SUPERACE products in request.

We will process your repairment right after verification of your item. You will afford one-way delivery fee for sending your package to us; we will cover the fee for sending back to you.

For consumers abroad, customs duties caused in delivering will be beard by consumers.

Repairing Fee

Repairing service is free with 90 days of warranty period.
After the period, basic cost of repairing will be charged depends on the actual condition of your request.

3.  Serious broken conditions

 

Processing Duration

We will access your item in need of repair in professional first. The full duration or repairing will last for 1-4 weeks depends on the actual condition of your request.

 

Defects

We try our best to present you the best quality of our products with highest professional in great sincerity.

When you find defect in products within 7 days after receiving your package, please contact us right away. We will help assess the items’ condition and the cause, and go through the return/exchange process if the defects are verified caused during production.

If defects are detected after the 7-day return/exchange period but still within the 90-day warranty period, and are considered to be caused during production, we would offer free repairing service. Please send us your item. The delivery fee for sending us your item would be your part to cover; SUPERACE will bear the fee for delivering back the repaired item to you.

All rules above goes the same to consumers abroad.
