    Please provide your shipping address when confirming your order. Our system will provide you with an estimate of shipping fees.

    ▼ Checking Your Order Status
    You can see your purchase history from [Members Center] -> [Order Management].
    Confirmed orders that have been shipped cannot be changed. If you would like to add or remove items from your order after delivery, please register using our product returns process. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    After your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the items in your order.

    ▼ Product Returns Policy
    Products ordered from the SUPERACE website can be returned if the product and packaging are in original shipping condition with all accessories (tags uncut, unused, unwashed) with an appropriate reason for returning the product. We cannot accept any returns if any of the conditions above are not met.

    ▼ Product Returns Shipping Policy
    Shipping fees for return items sent to SUPERACE must be paid for by the customer.

    1. Go to [Members Center] → [Order Management] → [Returns] → Select reason for product return → Send information.
    2. Please package the product using an appropriate bag/box and send all complimentary gifts (if applicable) along with the product to our customer service center

    ▼ Processing Returns
    Once SUPERACE receives your product, the returns process takes 3-5 days to complete. Once products are confirmed to be in their original condition with tags, you will receive a full refund through your choice of payment method.

    ▼ We do not accept returns under the conditions below
    1. Product tags have been cut.
    2. Product has been delivered for more than 7 days.
    3. Application for product return has not been submitted in our Members Center.
    4. Product has been confirmed to contain smudged makeup, stains, or has been washed.
    5. Intimate personal garments that have been sold cannot be returned.

    ▼ Product Exchanges
    The SUPERACE website does not currently provide exchange services. If you would like to exchange a product, we will process your request through the product returns process and ask that you resubmit an order.

    ▼ Product Receipts
    SUPERACE athletic wear products purchased through the official website offer a 7-day trial period; all product receipts will be mailed out 7 days after transactions.

    ▼Tariff: your country might subject to imports duties or taxes imposed oversea shipments. These costs are your expense, and is not including in your invoice charges.

    ▼Return / Exchange fee: any additional shipping costs incurred in returning or exchange items to you, will be borne by you. If you do not accept the return of these items, we reserve the right to withhold some items and their relative value.

  商品享7日鉴赏期
 
  我们希望您在SUPERACE能买到最适合自己的商品,并尽情享受您钟爱的各种运动。
 
  从收到商品的第一天开始,您即享有SUPERACE提供的7日商品鉴赏期服务。
 
  若期间您未能百分之百满意所购买之商品,可于鉴赏期内向我们申请一次退/换货,我们将会按照您的需求做处理。
 
  另外,我们不提供二次退/换货,因此初次退/换货时,也请您仔细确认商品的尺寸、款式及颜色再行申请。
 
   
 
  如何申请退/换货
 
  1.请于SUPERACE官网进入「会员中心」→「订单管理」→「退货」→选择退货原因(若为换货请于备注注明)→送出资料供后台审核。
 
  2.请您将该商品保持寄送给您时之原貌,以大小合适的袋子或箱子包装,若有赠品请一并寄回客服中心。

  不接受退/换货之情形
 
   1.商品吊卡已拆卸
 
   2.商品经下水洗涤

   5.基于卫生关系,贴身衣物不列入可退/换货之品项(例内衣、压缩系列等)
 
   6.未于官网会员中心或SUPERACE之LINE官方帐号告知申请退货。
 
   
   退款作业时间
 
   人员收到商品后需要3-5天完成退货流程(不含假日),经确认商品外观无误以及吊卡未拆下,即依您所申请之退款方式全额退费。
 
   
 
  退/换货之运费
 
   若需退/换货,寄回我司之运费由客户端支付,换货寄回给您的运费则由我们承担。
 
   若为海外客户比照办理,但运送过程中若产生出入口关税,则需由您支付。

USER GUIDE AND WASHING INSTRUCION MANUAL


FAST DRYING,UV RESISTANT AND WINDPROOF MATERIAL

1.Machine wash in Cold water below 30℃, light and dark color items must be separated.

2.For garments with pattern print or heat-transfer on surface, please reversing it and put in laundry net bag, suggest to wash

individually.

3.Since the structure of fast drying fabric is very delicate, it may cause snagged and a few pilling, which is normal.

4.Use natural cleaning agent or specific sport wear cleaner (don’t use laundry detergent, fabric softener, ultra powder laundry detergent etc.), must put in laundry net bag before spin dry, and choose normal spin cycle.

5.After spin dry, lay flat and air-dry, keep out of direct sun light, keep away from chemical products like camphor balls and Silica Gel.

6.Do not tumble dry, iron.

7.Please wash the product immediately, if not cleaned after sweating or use, sweat or alkaline that might damage the fibers and the bonding material, could lead to shortened life of the product.

 

THERMAL PRODUCT

1.Machine wash in Cold water below 30℃, light and dark color items must be separated.

3.Thermal is made up of short cut micro fiber, it is normal if the micro fiber comes off with washing, after times of washing, this situation will become less and less.

4.Use natural cleaning agent or specific sport wear cleaner (don’t use laundry detergent, fabric softener, ultra powder laundry detergent etc.), must put in laundry net bag before spin dry, and choose normal spin cycle.

5.After spin dry, lay flat and air-dry.

6.Avoid wearing dark color thermal pant with light color top.

7.Do not tumble dry, iron.

  在保固期限内若商品有维修需求,我们提供您免费维修服务。
 
  经评估确认商品为可维修状态,您只需要负担单次寄送运费,寄回给您之运费由我们承担;若为海外客户您则需额外承担部分运送关税费用。

  维修费用
 
  购买商品超过90天,若有需要维修,维修费用则依款式、损耗范围而有浮动无一定标准,需先经评估后报价。
 
 
 
  不列入维修服务范围之状况
 
  SUPERACE经由大胆尝试、专业评估,使用各种技术及特殊面料,致力给您最舒适的机能性服饰体验。但请体谅有些商品破损状况是无法修复的。
 
  状况如下:
 
  1.服饰面料破洞(非车缝松开)
 
  2.配件类(如水壶手套、背包、越野软式水壶等)
 
  ※其余若毁损状况太过严重,SUPERACE保有拒绝修补之权利。
 
  
 
  维修时间
 
  从我们收到您寄回之待维修商品后,以专业角度评估商品面料、款式、破损范围,维修时间需要长达一周至四周不等。
 
 
 
  瑕疵品处理办法
 
  我们竭诚为您制作每样商品,在乎您的感受,以高规格品管为您穿着我们服饰的舒适度把关。
 
  若您于7天鉴赏期间发现商品有瑕疵,请尽快和我们联系,我们将协助您评估该商品瑕疵是否为生产制程中产生,并依照您的要求做退/换货处理。
 
  若超过7天且不超过90天保固期限内发现的商品耗损,经我们确认为制程中和生产因素所导致,我们则提供免费修补服务;由您负担寄回商品之运费,维修完寄回给您的运费则由SUPERACE负担。
 
  海外客户一律比照办理。
●  使用与洗涤说明
 
 
快干、抗UV、防风类材质:
 
1.冷水30度C以下使用洗衣机清洗,浅色与深色衣物务必分开。
 
2.印花及热转印之产品,建议将衣物反转并放置洗衣袋独立清洗。
 
3.快干面料纤维构造细致,较易勾纱,或因勾纱而引起些许毛毬乃属正常现象。
 
4.使用中性洗剂或运动衣物专用洗剂,机器脱水须放置洗衣袋,选用正常脱水程序1-3分钟,勿用冷水精。柔软精。浓缩强效洗衣精粉...等
 
5.建议脱水后平放风干勿吊挂,避免于猛烈阳光下曝晒,收藏时须远离樟脑丸、防潮剂等化学产品。
 
6. 禁止烘干,熨烫。
 
7.产品使用后请立即清洗,流汗过后若未清洗,汗水中的碱性物质容易侵蚀并损坏纤维与贴合原料,易造成产品的使用寿命减短。
 
 
 
刷毛类商品:
 
1.冷水30度C以下使用洗衣机清洗,浅色与深色衣物务必分开。
 
2.印花及热转印之产品,建议将衣物反转并放置洗衣袋独立清洗。
 
3.刷毛为剪毛纤维,若清洗中绒毛脱落属正常现象,但会随着水洗次数而减少。
 
4.使用中性洗剂或运动衣物专用洗剂,机器脱水须放置洗衣袋,选用正常脱水程序1-3分钟,勿用冷水精。柔软精。浓缩强效洗衣精粉...等
 
5.建议脱水后平放风干。
 
6.建议深色刷毛避免与浅色上衣一起穿着。
 
7.禁止烘干,熨烫。
